Fotovert Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Fotovert allows users to upload photos and generate passport, visa, ID, and other document-style photos by performing actions such as format conversion, resizing, cropping, and background removal.

Fotovert does not alter facial features or identity-related characteristics and is designed to operate in accordance with U.S. Department of State passport photo guidelines. However, Fotovert does not guarantee that processed photos will be accepted by any government agency, embassy, employer, school, or other organization.

Fotovert does not guarantee that processed photos will be accepted by any government agency. It is the user's responsibility to verify their photo meets current official requirements before submission.

2. User Responsibilities

You represent that:

• You have the legal right to upload and process the images you submit.
• Any information or images you provide are accurate.
• You will not use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for reviewing the final image before using it for any official application.

3. File Storage and Deletion

Uploaded photos and generated images are stored temporarily to provide the Service.

Unless required for security, troubleshooting, or legal compliance, uploaded files and generated outputs are automatically deleted approximately one (1) hour after processing.

Users are responsible for downloading and saving their photos before deletion.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are for digital goods.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the processed photo has been downloaded. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided after download.

If a technical error prevents delivery of the purchased photo, Fotovert may, at its discretion, provide a replacement download or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload.

Fotovert retains ownership of its website, software, branding, and related intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Fotovert makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Availability of the Service
• Accuracy of generated photos
• Acceptance by any government agency or third party
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Fotovert provides no uptime guarantee and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fotovert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Fotovert's total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable order.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fotovert from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the website.
